The PABL-D25 low-voltage, heavy-load stacked piezoelectric ceramic actuator is made of co-fired ceramic with side electrodes printed on both sides; these electrodes are then led out via connecting wires, ensuring a longer service life. The company has realized full-process in-house production, from ceramic powder to stacked actuators. The product is currently used in applications such as heavy-load vibration damping and vacuum equipment.

Drive Voltage: Varying drive voltages accommodate diverse displacement requirements; currently, common voltages such as 100V, 150V, and 200V are available.

Displacement Output: The actuator's dimensions and drive voltage collectively influence its displacement; the maximum achievable displacement output reaches up to 50 μm.

Operating Frequency: YiNGUAN employs a unique frequency modulation technology, enabling the actuator to operate at a maximum frequency of 5 Hz.

Dimensions: Length options include 20 mm, 40 mm, and 60 mm, with custom lengths supported up to a maximum of 60 mm; The maximum customizable diameter is 25 mm.

Wiring Harness: Optional wiring harnesses are available, fully compliant with AWG usage standards. To facilitate the connection of positive and negative electrode leads, the position of the solder points can be selected within the allowable performance tolerance range.
